Q. What shipment method do you use?
A. We use EXW (Ex Works) method of shipment.
Q. What do you mean by EXW shipping method?
A. Seller fulfills the obligation to deliver when he or she has made the goods available at his/her premises (i.e., works, factory, warehouse, etc.) to the buyer. In particular, the seller is not responsible for loading the goods in the vehicle provided by the buyer or for clearing the goods for export, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer bears all costs involved in taking the goods from the seller’s premises to the desired destination.
Q. What is the minimum order of products you will manufacture?
A. We will produce minimum order of 1000 kg for powder, and 1 million for capsules or tablets.
Q. Is there a manufacturing setup fee given to us after we order?
A. No, the prices we give include all production and setup cost.
Q. What costs are involved to create my labels?
A. We will design your label for a one time cost. For more information, please visit our Private Labeling section.
Q. I want to submit my own label, what format do you need?
A. We will accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), and other like Corel Draw (.cdr), .pdf, .eps and .tif files. Be sure to set resolution to 300 dpi or better. Anything lower than this is not recommended.
Q. What are your certifications?
A. All of our products are manufactured in an GMP-Certified facility.
